Robin Thicke announces date for Tour

Robin Thicke announced a nationwide tour on Friday, a trip that will see the “Blurred Lines” singer starting in Atlanta and ending up in San Franscisco.

Jessie J and DJ Cassidy will be the supporting acts. Cassidy, who just finished traveling with Jay Z and Justin Timberlake on the Legends of the Summer Tour, was also the house DJ for the MTV Video Music Awards.

As per the official press release, Thicke will be teaming up with Tickets-for-Charity and donate “some of the beast seats in the house to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the National Resources Defense council.” More info on that is available on Tickets-for-Charity’s website.

Thicke is also currently promoting “Give It 2 U,” his single with Kendrick Lamar. The track is off the album “Blurred Lines,” the title track of which spent the majority of the summer on top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
